This policy explains what personal data Scale NXT collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you can exercise over it. It applies to this website and to enquiries submitted through it.

Data we collect

  • Details you submit through the contact form: name, work email, company, country, area of interest and your message.
  • Technical data required to serve and secure the site: IP address, user agent and request timestamps, held in server logs.
  • Analytics data, collected only after you consent, limited to aggregate page and interaction events.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and carry out any engagement that follows.
  • To protect the site against abuse, including rate limiting and spam detection.
  • To understand which pages are useful, in aggregate, where you have consented.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.

Retention

  • Enquiry records: 24 months from last contact, then deleted.
  • Server logs: 90 days.
  • Analytics: 14 months, in aggregate form.

Your rights

You can request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, or a portable copy. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer.
